REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Returns will not be accepted for damaged products caused after delivery.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available for size issues or damaged products.

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or washed products

• Products without original tags

• Customized or special-order items

• Footwear with visible signs of use

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with product photos and order details.
